  Interested in Mentoring
We have a growing number of mentors engaged in the scheme, but are always looking to expand the pool of talent. Could your hard won experience running a rural business help a start up business? Even if you do not feel you have done anything exceptional, your day to day experience could be vital. Many new businesses simply need someone to talk to, particularly when they run into an issue, perhaps one you may have already encountered and solved.

What is Mentoring?

  • A relationship built that takes time to develop
  • Acting as a sounding board for ideas providing things to consider
  • Giving emotional help and building confidence
  • Offering accumulated tested experience
  • Enabling someone to do it for themselves

Who Makes a Good Mentor?

A good mentor is someone who wants to give their time to help others, maintains a positive outlook, yet is realistic with a strong interest in their own self-development.

If you are interested in supporting others during the crucial early stages of their business or to provide a fresh perspective on an established business then please contact us.
